MANILA, Philippines - Max Bond Super Glue tries to bounce back from its opening game setback as it squares off with Café France at resumption today of the PBA D-League at the Adamson gym.
The Sumos took a 61-82 blowout loss from the Maynilad Water Dragons last week but vowed to go all out against the Café France side in their 2 p.m. encounter in Group B.
Café France also dropped its initial assignment in the inaugural league, also via rout – 62-83 – to Cebuana Lhuillier, one of the pre-tournament favorites.
Meanwhile, PC Gilmore, owned by Ave Relucio, and Freego Jeans tangle in the 4 p.m. game.
Both teams are also looking for their first win in Group A with the Wizards bowing to the RnW Pacific Pipes, 72-76.
Freego Jeans, on the other hand, lost to NLEX, the other team tipped to contend for the championship.
