Runnr Academy holds running lectures

MANILA, Philippines - A weekly series of running lectures will be launched tonight by the RUNNR Academy at the Bonifacio High Street for beginners and advanced runners.

The lectures will feature innovative health and training tips, strength and conditioning techniques, and other important strategies intended to boost the runners, especially those who intend to go far in the sport.

Sponsored by the innovative and highly defined sports store RUNNR in partnership with Run Bonifacio Global City and Newton Running, the RUNNR Academy lectures will start at 7 p.m. and will be conducted by well-known runners and coaches, among them Jaymie Pizarro, Jim Saret, Andy Leuterio, Lit Ornubia, Edsel Vengco, and Edward Kho.
