Del Rosario tops ABC quarterly bowl

MANILA, Philippines - Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Paints scored an eight-game series of 1678 to claim the Group I crown while Freddie Adivoso of Emerald Vinyl took the Group 2 plum with a 1454 in the Architects Bowling Club’s quarterly championship at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig last week.

Cora Adivoso of ProActive Pest Control turned in a 1247 to annex the Group 3 diadem in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Ronnie Javier of Medwest Tech. Inst. made 1638 and Boyet Libiran of Crown Pipes came up with 1563 to finish second and third respectively, in Group I.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Famcor, DN Steel, Boysen Konstruct/Virtuoso, Crown Supreme Pipes, ABC Phils., Supreme Steel Pipes Corp., Duraflex Wires, Ta-tong, Euro Dach, Philflex Wires and Cables, Hocheng Phils., Universal Tech./Pansun, American Wires, Firefly-Royu, SP&A Const. and Unitec Pipes, resumes at 6:30 tonight with the staging of fun games to be followed by the awards rites for the third quarter winners at Buma Restaurant, Tiendenitas, Pasig.
