LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Philippines – The provincial government, in cooperation with the Pangasinan Chess Federation (PCF), is holding a chess clinic Sept. 11 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) here.
The clinic, dubbed the first Gov. Amado Espino Jr. Chess Clinic, is part of the province’s youth development program.
PCF president Juan Sison said the activity aims to promote and develop chess in the province and further discover, improve and enhance the hidden talents of both young and adult chess players.
