'Football for Good' fest up at Greenhills

MANILA, Philippines - The “Football For Good Challenge Festival”, a single-day tournament for less fortunate boys aged 13-16 and organized by The Henry V. Moran Foundation and La Salle-Greenhills Football Program, gets going tomorrow at La Salle Greenhills.

Participating teams will carry the names of their godparents or patrons FC ELRO (Patxi Elizalde and family), NK Trohamac (Camahort family), Casa Belrina-Corinthians (Dicky and Cathy Rivilla), Futkal-Center For Possibilities (Dolores Cheng), Rayomar Outreach FC (Garcia family); Sansur Nangka FC (Veloso family), Aloha Boardsports-Golden City (Freddy Razon Gonzales), Tuloy Amici (Danny Moran), FC Real Manila (Iñaki Alvarez-Fernando Alvarez Foundation) and Leveriza Apache’s (Mantecon family).

It also includes squads from Gawad Kalinga Futbol, Sisters of Mary Boys Town, Mendiola FC and Nayon ng Kabataan.Millie Dizon of SM, Frank Reyes of Reyes Barbecue, Domeka Garamendi, Marielle Benitez and Karlo Estavillo.
