NAMSSA holds national motocross

MANILA, Philippines - The National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association is hosting Round 9 of the NAMSSA National Motocross Series Sunday at the Speedworld Circuit located in SM City Bicutan.

National champion Kenneth San Andres leads top riders that include Jolet Jao and Migui Tolentino vying for honors in the event supported by CAT Monark heavy equipment and staged by NAMSSA, the legitimate governing body for motorcycle sports.

Guest riders are Ralph Alvarez of Negros and Janjan Adlawan of Cebu. Also on tap are championships in the junior 50, 65 and 85cc , enduro, novice, intermediate and PRO classes.

and oversees the safety seal of running of the events and issues competition licenses by virtue of its international affiliation with the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM ) and is also affiliated with the Philippine Olympic Committee ( POC ) and the Philippine Sports Commission ( PSC).

Seeing also in action is the final Philippine Motocross Team qualifiers to the international competitions to represent the country in different international motocross competitions as the upcoming FIM Olympics of Motocross Nations to be hosted in Denver, Colorado, in the national candidates of line up of Kenneth San Andres, Ralph Alvarez, Migui Tolentino, Janjan Adlawan and Jolet Jao. Other PR team event shall be hosted in Iran and Indonesia.
