MANILA, Philippines - RV Marzan outlasted Doc Tam, 72-71, to rule the Division F crown in the recent 17th Conference of the Below 6Ft Basketball League (B6BL) at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Also emerging winners in various divisions in the tournament sponsored by LWUA chair Butch Pichay and Rizal Gov. Junjun Ynares were Jose’s Goto, Global Graphics, Retirados and Nougat-Petronas of Mike Mancilla.
In topping Division K, Jose’s Goto beat Ateneo D’Villas, while Global Graphics of Allan Pastrana downed Valbrio, 99-91, to win the Division J title in the event also backed by Molten with Nilo Fernandez as commissioner.
Meantime, Retirados claimed their first B6BL crown by upsetting Marketside Bakery team, 110-108, in Division H while Nougat-Petronas topped Divisin G crown by downing Reyes BBQ, 83-73.
