SYLVANIA, Ohio – Na Yeon Choi again left it to a last-hole birdie to clinch an LPGA Tour victory, claiming the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic on Sunday.
Choi made a 2 1/2-foot birdie putt on the second playoff hole to beat fellow South Koreans In-Kyung Kim and Song-Hee Kim and American Christina Kim.
“As I was walking toward the green today, I was thinking about how I had won the last two tournaments and I said to myself, ‘Maybe I can do it again,”’ she said through an interpreter.
