RP Seniors golf set at Orchard

MANILA, Philippines - The Federation of Philippine Amateur Senior Golfers, Inc.’s 2010 Magnolia Pure Water series will resume on Friday at the Orchard Golf and Country Club in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Tee-off time is Shotgun 8 a.m.

Close to 150 players will compete for team and individual honors in the 18-hole event the federation organizes annually to provide additional tournaments for its members.

“On behalf of the federation, I would like to thank the Orchard Golf and Country Club and the Young Golfers of Orchard for hosting the tournament,” said Clyde Fernandez, the federation president.

“At the same time, I would also like to express our gratitude to Magnolia Pure Water for once again supporting our series.”

The Young Golfers of Orchard is headed by Carlos Tañega.
