Burlington backs Tour of Luzon
MANILA, Philippines - Burlington BioFresh is back as official socks of the revived LPGMA Tour of Luzon, which features four foreign teams competing with Filipino cyclists for its 2010 edition.
Burlington general manager Ruddy Tan said the company is proud to be associated with the long-running cycling event won last year by Mark Guevarra.
Burlington is also the presentor of the sprint king, king of the mountain and the top rookie awards.
The leading hosiery company will be providing the riders with Burlington BioFresh socks to keep the participants protected and odor-free.
Meanwhile, Burlington has tied up with the PBA to mount cage clinics for kids at the malls from March to May. Multi-titled coach and Mr PBA’s 100 percent Norman Black will conduct the instructionals on the proper way to play basketball.
Schedule will be on March 20, 27 and April 3 at Ali Mall, April 10 at SM Marikina, April 17 at SM North EDSA and May 1 at SM San Lazaro.
