Alabang's Mango Tee member-guest golf under way

MANILA, Philippines - Four variants of the newly-introduced Mitsubishi Lancer EX and many other high-ticket items are set to be disputed in the 26th staging of the Mango Tee Invitational member-guest tournament of the plush Alabang Country Club in Muntinlupa starting today.

Anyone from among the 768 entries of the Mango Tee co-presented by Pilipinas Shell and Smart can become the first owners of the four Lancer EX models – the GLX M/T, GLS CVT, GT M/T and top-of-the-line GT-A CVT – if they shoot an ace on any of the par-3 holes of the compact but challenging course.

Citimotors and Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. are sponsoring the bulk of the hole-in-one package, which includes three golf carts (Club Car, Yamaha and EZ-Go).

Also to be won in the raffle are a million pesos worth of premium items, including a Yamaha cart, TW steel watches, two Philippine Airlines tickets to the West Coast and an Asiana trip to any destination in the world.

Alabang Country Club, Inc. president Boy Villareal and Caloy Coscolluela, chairman of the 26th Mango Tee, are working for a fun-filled Mango Tee after having drawn an outpouring of support from sponsors.
