MCC poker offers BMW, P1.5-million cash

MANILA, Philippines - The Metro Card Club will host the biggest “freeroll” in local poker history with a brand-new BMW 116i and P1.5-million cash prizes at stake.

To qualify, one will have to register and get a membership card at the MCC at the Metrowalk in Pasig and then secure a Time Card.

Play in any of the cash game tables – with stakes as low as 10-20 pesos blinds – and accumulate a total of 300 hours of playing time to earn a ticket to The Metro Ultimate BMW Freeroll, presented by Autohaus BMW.

The promo is ongoing and will last until March 31.

“It’s time to once again reap the benefits of being a Metro Card Club member,” said Metro Card Club president Nick Galan.

The Metro hosted a P1-million freeroll last December where popular stand-up comedian Anthony Ragaza bested a field of 61 runners to pocket the P200,000 top prize and a free seat to the Filipino Poker Tour-Metro Anniversary Special P10-million guaranteed tourney.

The MCC also offers the best structured tournaments in the country with a buy-in as low as P300.

Meanwhile, the MCC Cebu will hold a P2-million guaranteed tournament on Jan. 14-16 coinciding with the Cebuanos celebration of the Sinulog Festival.
