Vios staked in 'Eagle' Fore by Four
MANILA, Philippines - The 480 participants of the Fore By Four Invitational member-guest tournament of the Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club on Dec. 11-12 will have at least four chances of winning a brand-new Toyota Vios worth more than half a million pesos.
Apart from Vios, Toyota’s best-selling model this year, being staked as a hole-in-one prize for both days on designated holes, all players are also entitled to a raffle ticket that gives them a shot at the same prize.
More than P1 million worth of other prizes are to be given away in the event set to be played at the four championship courses of Eagle Ridge designed by Isao Aoki, Andy Dye, Nick Faldo and Greg Norman.
What makes the Fore By Four different from the other major member-guest tourneys of the country is its four-course setup, which ensures the same playing conditions for all participants.
All 240 member-guests teams would be competing under the same weather and course conditions, teeing off at 8 a.m. shotgun style, finishing virtually at the same time and spared of the usual long waits on holes.
Entry fee for the event presented by Sta. Lucia Realty & Dev’t Corp. and Alsons Land Corp. is P4,000 per player and this entitles him/her to a Rudy Project package of premium eyewear and watch as giveaways, two free practice rounds, free breakfast and lunch for both tournament days and a raffle ticket.
This year’s sponsors are Rudy Project, Toyota Balintawak, LG Electronics, Pepsi Cola, Alsons Insurance, WG, Philippine Airlines, Aquadyne, PacSports, First Tee, Dynamic Sports, Wilson Sports, RizGolf, Philgreen, Microtel, Pest Neutralizer Corp., DMD Cool and Inquirer Golf.
Players in the men’s Class A and C will compete in the Norman and Dye courses while those in the men’s Class B and D and ladies categories will tackle the Faldo and Aoki courses.
