MANILA, Philippines - Prominent brands belonging to the San Miguel Pure Foods Company (SMPFC) of San Miguel Corp. (SMC) are the major team sponsors of the Nokia National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) D-League set Dec. 6 at the Jacinto Tiu gym of the Xavier Sports Center.
NBTC D-League director Eric Altamirano made this announcement after Smart Communications of the PLDT Group also sponsored several of the 108 teams in the tournament backed by Nokia Pilipinas and TAO Corp. under the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas headed by Manny Pangilinan and executive director Noli Eala.
