BEST SBP-Passerelle holds Mindanao finals

MANILA, Philippines - The 2009 Milo-sponsored BEST Center Small Basketeers of the Philippines (SBP)-Passerelle Mindanao regional finals unfolds Oct. 16-18 at the General Santos City Gym in Lagao, General Santos with top elementary and high teams mixing it up for berths in the national championships.

Competition is expected to be keen among teams from Ateneo de Zamboanga, Ateneo de Davao, Xavier University of Cagayan de Oro and Notre Dame of Dadiangas-IBE of General Santos.

Among those seeing action in the Passerelle division include Ateneo de Zamboanga, Ateneo de Davao, Xavier University and Notre Dame of Dadiangas-IBE.

Now on its 24th season, the Milo-sponsored BEST Center SBP-Passerelle is the country’s most prestigious nationwide youth league featuring top elementary and high school teams.
