Sunnex, FOSCON win in B6BL opener
MANILA, Philippines - Sunnex and FOSCON Shipping opened their title bids on a high note by downing their rivals at the start of the Below 6FT Basketball League (B6BL) recently at the Metro gym.
With Norman Goco and Andy Poblete combining for 44 points, Sunnex demolished the Vicky Chan-sponsored Manuel Luis Quezon University, 95-77, in the tournament organized by MBT commissioner Nilo Fernandez and backed by LWUA chairman Butch Pichay, Rizal Gov. Jun Jun Ynares III and Molten.
