Chess arbitration seminar slated

MANILA, Philippines - A two-day chess arbitration seminar will be held Sept. 5-6 at the Ramon Magsaysay High School, Cubao, Quezon City. It is organized by the Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) High School Chess Club, Inc. in cooperation with the Chess Arbiters Association of the Phils. (CAAP).

International Arbiters Gene Poliarco, IA Erwin Carag and National Arbiter Rudy Ibanez of the (CAAP) are the lecturers and facilitators of the seminar.

Registration fee is P1,500 inclusive of material handouts and snacks. Seminar proper will start at 8 a.m.
