Muslim-Christian group to stage cage tourney

MANILA, Philippines - The Muslim-Christian Advocates of Genuine Unity for Peace and Development will stage the Villar-ADD Movement Cup Ramadhan Celebration Basketball Tournament Aug. 22-Sept. 22 at the Verdant covered court at Pamplona Tres, Las Piñas.

Fourteen teams are competing in the tournament sponsored by Sen. Manny Villar, Rep. Cynthia Villar and Mark Villar, Mayor Nene and Mel Aguilar, brgy, chairman Manny Ochoa and council, SK chairman Jihad Bob Cariño and council, Action for Dynamic Development (ADD) and Ministop Villa Cristina.

The teams are Dar Annadwah (Starmall), MAC-Coastal, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Global City, Bayani Team, Villa Jacinta, Hawklanders, Uniwide Muslim Traders of Las Piñas, Baclaran Jamma (EDZA), Rainbow Big Bang, Al-Baraqah, Quezon City, D’Exhibitors and St. Francis Mall.
