Manglicmot claims ABC bowl plum

MANILA, Philippines - Dante Manglicmot of Lepanto Tiles scored 1120 pinfalls to beat Loret Talabucon (1110) of Sika Phils. and captured the Architects Bowling Club’s single hi-lo crown at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Mar Quianson of Boysen Paints rolled 1071 and Paeng Villanueva of Pro Active Pest Control made 1061 to finish third and fourth, respectively, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, ABC president Romi de Jesus is inviting all licensed architects to join the event held every Tuesday.

Action in the tournament, backed by Emerald Vinyl Corp., Crown Asia Compounders, Philflex Wires and Cables, Stone 2000, Hocheng Phils., ABC Phils. and Supreme Steel Pipe Corp., resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the second leg circuit 4-man team event, also at the Green Valley lanes.
