MANILA, Philippines - The University of the East Jr Warriors of coach Mark Herrera slammed Xavier, 107-56, and Perpetual Help walloped St. Jude, 82-62, to enhance their bids in he high school division of the 15th Fr. Martin Summer Cup at the La Consolacion Gym.

University of Santo Tomas shocked three-peat NCAA champion San Sebastian, 57-54, to also boost its stock in the event backed by Molten, www.gameface.ph and Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco Jr.

Ateneo pummeled STI A, 62-29, in the only seniors’ match.
