G-League age group swimming elims on at Koronadal

KORONADAL CITY , Philippines  – The Philippine Amateur Swimming Association G-League age-group swimming national eliminations fire off this morning at the SMRAA Sports Complex pool here.

The swimfest, serving as eliminations for the PASA National Age Group G-League championships, will be formally opened by Mayor Daisy Avancena Fuentes with some 300 crack bets from all over the region vying for honors in the PASA-sanctioned event.

Zee Plus vitamins and Tropang Growee through brand manager Sherwin Arceo support the meet supervised by the Evangelista Aquatics and Sports Management in partnership with the city government.

“We are glad to be part of the country’s swimming program. We look forward to finding talents from the countryside worthy of our support,” Arceo said.

The G-League series goes to De La Salle-Zobel swimming pool on April 18 then at the Cebu Swimming Club in Cebu City. on April 19.

Meantime, the Zee Plus-Tropang Growee swimming camp will open in General Santos City tomorrow with Mayor Pedro Acharon as guest of honor.
