Coach E classes slated at Xavier

MANILA, Philippines - Xavier School plays host to the Hi-Smart Coach E Basketball School’s opening classes April 13 with four other venues to follow.

International Basketball Academy coach Xavy Nuñag said Xavier has Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedules. The categories are 7-under ( 8-10 a.m.), 12-above ( 8-10 a.m. ) and 8-11 ( 10 a.m. to 12 noon ).

Coach E, now backed by Hi-Smart Multivitamins + Zinc and Taurine of the New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, also has classes at Maria Montessori, The Zone and San Beda Alabang (April 14) and EDSA Shangri-La Manila (April 17).

For all these venues, as much as P500 worth of Hi-Smart Multivitamins + Zinc and Taurine will be given for free as part of the enrolment package. Hi-Smart Multivitamins + Zinc and Taurine is a food supplement especially formulated for the growing needs of kids and teenagers.

Nuñag also announced that the Coach E summer tournament for schools and individual participants is set April 25-29. Categories are Boys 12-U (must be born 1997 or later), Boys 15-U (born 1994 or later) and Girls 17-U (1992 or later).

Maria Montesorri in Merville (Parañaque), The Zone in Makati and San Beda Alabang classes are set every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Edsa Shangri-La Manila has scheduled classes for kids 4-7 years old, 4-6 p.m. The “Never Too Late” camp for players 18-above is also scheduled 6-8 p.m. at the same venues on the dates mentioned.

Coach E Basketball School, which boasts of Asia’s lowest instructor-to-student ratio at 1: 5, has three modules divided into training sessions focusing on fundamentals and shot training.
