MANILA, Philippines - The 16th Pangaea Cup International Slo-pitch Softball Tournament kicks off its softball event at the Alabang Country Club Multi-Purpose Field with the fancied Cebuana Lhuillier Sluggers leading the local teams’ bid against foreign squads.
The Sluggers will be joined by their sister company teams Pera Padala and All Care Insurance in their quest for the prestigious Cup against teams from Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Tokyo, Jakarta and Korea.
The Laguna Entom and Meralco batters are the other RP teams in the event sanctioned by the Amateur Slo-pitch Softball Association of the Philippines and supported by Seemi/Phiten, Cebuana Lhuillier, Lifeline Ambulance Rescue, Inc., Handle Bar & Grill, and Pocari Sweat.
