Ateneo XI finally wins

MANILA, Philippines - Event hosts Ateneo de Manila University, at last, claimed its first victory after eight games in the second round of 71st UAAP men’s football over the weekend at the Erenchun field on the Ateneo campus in Katipunan, Quezon City.

The Ateneo de Manila Blue Booters, considered already out for the top two slots, caught De La Salle University Green Booters off-balance to post a 2-0 win and improve their win-loss-draw card to 1-5-2 to gain five points.
