Tatand holds Flexible Table Tennis Cup
The Table Tennis Association of North District (TATAND) will hold the fourth Flexible Cup International Table Tennis Championship Feb. 21-22 at the Ateneo Blue Eagles gym on Katipunan, Quezon City.
The tournament, organized by TATAND headed by Charlie Lim, will help the wide-scale promotion of table tennis in the country and provide local players a chance to play competitively with foreign players.
The two-day men’s team event, supported by Flexible Packaging Corporation and Ateneo University Athletics Department, is open to all foreign and local players.
Each team may field three to five players.
Malaysian team, Indonesian squad and Nigerian team are the early foreign entries.
Early participants are host Ateneo, Mapua, UP, La Salle, FEU, UE, Letran, Alaminos City, Nueva Ecija, Ted & Ropers, Green Paddle, PCC, STARPAPER, Woodland, Imperium, Cebu Huaching, METTA, TATAP-PNP, Bacolod LOPTTA, JUSTIN and Andro.
Entries must be submitted not later than Feb. 14 to Green Paddle Table Tennis Center, Unit 31 GPCC, 4th Avenue, Caloocan City or email it to [email protected].
