DLS-Zobel hosts football fiesta

De La Salle Zobel will host the sixth DLSZ football fiesta starting today at the school campus in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City.

Sponsored by Toyota Motor Phils., Nike Phils., Hershey Phils and Gatorade, the event is organized by the DLSZ Parents Association Sports Development Foundation chaired by Arnold Andaya together with the school’s sports development office. More than 90 teams from Metro Manila and nearby provinces will participate in this annual event.

The SDF board members are Rene Herbosa as project director, Mel Cerutti, Alvin San Diego, Joanna Calugcug, Luigi Lacson, Boy Hernandez and Edwin Evangelista with coach Hans Smit (tournament director) and coach Tony Lopez (commissioner). DLSZ president, Br. Dennis Magbanua, FSC and Guido Diestro, SDO head, lauded the organizers and affirmed their full support in this project.
