NCA derby up at Ynares
The National Cockers’ Alliance (NCA) opens its derby circuit with a blockbuster event Dec. 16 at the Ynares Center in Pasig.
Outstanding breeders Gov. Joel Reyes and congressmen Ferrer, Codilla, Kho, Alvares, Celeste, Bautista andDelos Santos are competing.
The roster of special guests includes Gerry Espina, Gov. Plaza, Jet Fernando, Bebot Roxas, Edwin Javelosa, Joey and Buboy delos Santos, Monching Cecilio, Leng TuaÒo, Jerome dela Rosa, Ramon Aquino, Vic Angeles, Bong Co, Claro Maranan, Mon-Mon Arriola and Jack Yap.
Top gamefowl aficionado Gerry Ramos and partner Ferdie Buensalida who will host another major derby on Jan. 6, 2009, will also participate in the event.
The derbies will be followed by the NCA World Slasher Championship slated Jan. 13, 15 and 17.
