AdU tossers eye solo lead vs Lyceum

Adamson shoots for the solo lead as it takes on Lyceum in the second playdate of the Shakey’s V-League while La Salle tries to bounce back from an opening day setback at resumption of women’s volley action at The Arena in San Juan today.

The Lady Falcons scrambled past the Far Eastern U Lady Tams, 25-23, 25-21, 27-25, in a tight contest Sunday to share the early lead with the UST spikers, who subdued a listless La Salle side, 25-16, 25-22, 25-11, in the other contest kicking off the second conference of the 2007-08 season.
