"They’ve been unbeaten in four games now but we’re also enjoying a great momentum, having just beaten Sta. Lucia by 35 points. But our fortune may just change tonight," said Guiao.
"We both play run-and-gun, up-tempo game. But I think we have the advantage in experience and with our offense being more structured. Theirs is more of a free-wheeling," Guiao added.
The Red Bull mentor also sees an advantage import-wise with James Penny a lot quicker than Shawn Daniels.
But Air21 coach Bo Perasol is also confident they can sustain their run, specially if his ace locals Gary David, Mark Telan and Arwind Santos continue to dish outstanding games.
David is the only local player in the conference leading his team in scoring while Telan is one of only four local players averaging double-double numbers.
David erupted for 32 points while Telan had career-highs 27 points and 21 rebounds as the Express made it four in a row with a 107-103 overtime victory over the Purefoods Tender Juicy Giants Friday.
