The Port Masters dished out a solid defensive game and drew big games from its support crew to topple the Teeth Masters, 84-80, and gain the upperhand in their best-of-five showdown for the crown.
"We played superb defense and our bench really played well," said Harbour Centre coach Jorge Gallent. "Now if we could play like that again, we’ll have a chance of winning again."
Harbour is actually shooting for its second straight title since joining the league three years ago while Hapee-PCU is eyeing a fourth crown in seven final stints. – Joey Villar
