Citing health as one of the primary reasons, Andrada, who served as head of Philta starting in 1987, will formally relinquish his post to his executive vice-president Manuel Misa next week.
"Ive done my part," said Andrada, who was appointed by Philippine Olympic Committee president Jose "Peping" Cojuangco, Jr. as deputy of secretary-general Steve Hontiveros.
Misa, who also works as a shipping executive, will serve out the remaining two years of Andradas four-year term. Joey Villar
