PSA officials inducted tonight

The new set of officers of the Philippine Sportswriters Association will be inducted tonight at the Manial Pavilion.
To be sworn in by Philippine Olympic Committee president Chito Dayrit are Jimmy Cantor (Malaya) president; Ding Marcelo (Bulletin), 1st vice president; Edwin Gabutina (Today), 2nd vice president; Joe Antonio (Peoples Journal), treasurer; Aldrin Cardona (Tribune), secretary; Teddyvic Melendres (Inquirer), auditor; and the members of the board.
Sports officials led by Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Eric Buhain, Philippine Basketball Association Commissioner Noli Eala, Philippine Basketball League head Chino Trinidad and Manila Sports Council chief Ali Atienza have been invited to the affair.
All other POC and PSC officials, as well as heads of the different national sports associations, are also invited, according to Cantor.
The PSA board is made up of Lito Tacujan (Star), Chairman; Roberto Cuevas (Standard), Recah Trinidad (Inquirer), Ernie Gonzales (Inquirer), Al Mendoza (Inquirer), Manolo Inigo (Inquirer), Jimbo Gulle (Manila Times), Rey Bancod (Tempo), Dennis Inigo (Balita), Dina Marie Villena (Pilipino Star), Ana Federigan (Taliba), Ed Andaya (Tonight), Tito Deblois (Abante), Ronnie Nathanielsz (Standard), Quinito Henson (Star), Boy Mendez (Balita), and Enrique Gonzales, members. Gus Villanueva is the associations adviser.
