Senior golf tees off at Agui

More than 150 senior golfers and guests will tee off at Camp Aguinaldo golf course tomorrow, to launch the first of a series of bi-monthly golf tournaments lined up this year under the auspices of the Federation of Philippine Senior Golfers, Inc., it was announced by Frisco San Juan, Federation president.

According to Joey Policarpio, president of Aguinaldo seniors and chairman of the organizing committee, tee-off time will be from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to be highlighted by a ceremonial tee-off at 7 a.m. The rites will be led by businessman-sportsman Hermie Esguerra, chairman of Herma group of companies, is the main sponsor of the event.

Other guests are Rep. San Juan, Gen. Roberto Santiago, GM of Aguinaldo Golf Club, and Policarpio.

Major raffle prizes include a 21" color TV set, washing machine, stereo mini component, DVD player, and refrigerator. A Sky-Bo motorcycle will be at stake as Hole-in-One prize at Hole No. 6. There will be plenty of minor raffle prizes and valuable give-away items, according to the announc
