Bata, Django propel World All-Star team

The World All-Star Team defeated the Chinese Taipei All-Star Team,13-7, to win the World Stars Invitational Team Cup 9-ball Championship held in Taiwan during the weekend.
The winning team was composed of Efren "Bata" Reyes, Francisco "Django" Bustamante, and Canada-based Alex Pagulayan of the Philippines; Earl Strickland and Rodney Morris, United States, Mike Immonen, Finland, Ral Soquet, Germany and Kunihko Takahashi, Japan.
The Chinese Taipei all-stars were Chao Fong-Pang, Fang Hsiao-Lang, Chang Hao-Ping, Yang Ching-Shun, Kang Chin-Ching, Hsia Hui-Kai, Lee Kun-Fang and Fu Che-Wei.
The winners received $50,000, the losing team $20,000.
