La Salle holds ‘drive for a cause’

The La Salle Greenhills Alumni Association (LSGHAA) will host the 12th "Drive For A Cause" golf tournament on Friday at the Legends Course of the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club.

Tournament chairman Peng Perez de Tagle announced that the event is an annual fund-raiser for the benefit of the LSGHAA’s Adult Night High School (ANHS) Program, which has benefited over 6,000 less fortunate Filipinos.

Among the awards to be given are the Bro. Alphonsus Bloemen Cup to the lowest gross scorer and the team batch competition. Awardings will take place at the "Silverde" Alumni Homecoming hosted by the La Salle Greenhills High School Jubilarian Class ’79 on Feb. 7 at the La Salle Greenhills campus.

This tournament, sponsored by SMART Communications, Inc., Union Bank VISA Card, CAP, Phil Daily Inquirer, GNC, MRT DevCo, SGV, Summa Kumagai, Inc., Club Leisure, DMCI, Romago, Mr. Donut, Camp John Hay Hotels, V Bar, and Trackworks Rail Advertising, is open to all La Salle alumni and alumnae.

Tee-off time is from 6:30-9:30 a.m.

Entry fee is P1,700 (for non-members) and P600 (for members) inclusive of green fee, snacks, giveaways, and raffle.
