Agojo, one of the three jungolfers cited by the Philippine Sportswriters Association for their international exploits in 2003, will thus be ranged against the likes of former RP Ladies Open champion Carmelette Villaroman, veteran campaigners Lora Roberto and Lucy Landicho and club bet Lina de Guzman in the 54-hole tournament sponsored by DHL Express and brought by WWW Express.
But focus will also be on the 72-hole mens tournament, set to unfold Jan. 27, with Juvic Pagunsan heading a talent-laden field that includes defending champion Abe Rosal, former nationalist titlist Artemio Murakami and fellow national team mainstays Marvin Dumandan, Paul Miñoza, Boyet Saragoza and Jay Bayron.
DHL, the worlds leading express and logistics company, is sponsoring the event for the ninth year.
Deadline for registration is at 12 noon on Jan. 24. Entry fee is pegged at P2,500 for men and P2,000 for ladies.
