Cebu Iron Goats rule San Mig enduro

The third and final leg of the Enduro San Mig Light Adventures has ended with Cebus Sony digital Handycam Iron Goats finishing on top of a huge pack of tough-as-nails athletes.
The Iron Goats clocked the shortest race time in the elite category. Team Sandugo from Dumaguete came in second, while Team 080, also from Cebu, finished the race in third place.
In the fun category, held around Bacolod City, a team from CebuCamelback cebusports.combagged first place. Team Cuernos of Dumaguete finished second, followed by team Asian Spirit Northwall, which came all the way from Baguio.
All the winners were given cash prizes and novelty items courtesy of San Mig Light and its partners. Each member of the top team, both in the elite and fun categories, received a Sony Digital handycam, courtesy of Sony Philippines.
Each leg of the Enduro had been a one-to-two-day endurance race that tested the participants strength, will and brainpower. Contestants underwent various breathtaking and mind-boggling activities such as wall climbing, rappelling, biking, and lots of running.
The Visayas leg of the Enduro spanned the coastline of Negros, from Dumaguete City to Bacolod City. It was expertly designed to challenge both physically and mentally event the most seasoned racers.
The contestants raced for two straight days covering over 300 kilometers strecth, a route that would have taken a van six hours to cover traveling non-stop.
Organized by Team Momentum of McCann Erickson Philippines, the Enduro San Mig Light Adventure kicked off on July 19 this year. This ultimate adventure race is powered by right alcohol, less filling San Mig Light, in cooperation with Sony Handycam, Salomon, Inq7.net and Addict Mobile.
