Milo BEST classes open

Limited slots are still available in Milo BESTs weekend basketball classes in three venuesAteneo College covered courts, San Beda and St. Benedict College.
Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 classes, scheduled from 8 to 11 a.m., started yesterday at Ateneo. Level 1, 2 and 3 sessions, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. also started yesterday at San Beda.
Sunday-only clinics for levels 1, 2 and 3 will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at St. Benedict College in Alabang Hills.
Interested parties may enroll at the BEST Center, 34 Scout Lozano, QC (tel. nos. 411-6260 and 372-3065), Sensei Salon/Dansei Groom Shop, fifth floor, Manila Pavilion, UN Avenue (525-8191) and N-Zo by Sensei/Dansei, ground floor, Century Park Hotel, P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila (528-8888 local 2).
Meanwhile, Western Mindanao State University easily hurdled its rival to make it to the SBP/Passerelle cage finals at the Summit Center in Zamboanga City.
The WMSU boys whipped J. Jirieh School, 63-25, and Ateneo de Zamboanga, 71-53, in the SBP and Passerelle divisions, respectively.
The Ateneans ripped Pilar College, 44-17, while St. Joseph beat Pilar College, 70-51.
