TAGAYTAY CITY For five days now, its been the nationals who have been dominating the Tour Pilipinas 2003 although a sprinkling have shared top billing especially in the stages where the climb has bordered from difficult to harsh.
Arnel Quirimit put on a show in Wednesdays stage five, practically the same display of prowess he flashed in two of the five stages thus far in the Tour that winds up in 11 days yet.
But besides the nationals is one Cagayan Valley pride, Rhyan Tanguilig, never a national but one many hoped should be one, who has been making waves as PagcorSports skipper.
