Cat’s Bells has edge in speed vs rest

It’s going to be a lone speedster against a group of stayers when the 2002 Philracom-MJCI Imported stakes race honoring Graceful Lady is held this afternoon at the San Lazaro Hippodrome.

The 1,500-meter race will feature Cat’s Bells, the speedster, against Jade Louise, Baby Lite, Astuce, Renowned, Royal Lantana and Tri Legal.

A P300,000 purse is at stake for the owner of the winning horse, P100,000 for second and P50,000 for third.
