Filipino boxers Fernando Sagrado and Dennis Laurente both try to complete unfinished jobs in the coming War at the Casino boxing card at the Casino Filipino Amphitheater in Parañaque on June 15.
In a 12-round fight that was supposed to take place two years ago, Sagrado meets Australian Jeff Malcolm for the World Boxing Association-Pan Asia welterweight championship.
Laurente is out to exact revenge against Indonesian challenger Ferdinan when he stakes his Orient Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) lightweight title in a similar 12-round bout promoted by Johnny Elorde International and sponsored by PAGCOR, PCSO, Family Rubbing Alcohol, San Miguel Beer, Department of Tourism and Heritage Hotel.
"Kapag nakakita ako ng butas, kahit na anong round pa, patutulugin ko siya," said Sagrado.
