Brenda Gayagoy struck right in the first minute to mark the Metro Manilans sparkling display of grit and power in the tourney organized by the Philippine Football Federation.
Gayagoy, who was eventually named the events best midfield, scored her second goal in the 44th minute.
Josephine Loren also produced two markers (76th and 86th), while Joyce Landagan, Elda Alcantara, Sheeryn Ambrosio and Rea Villa came through with one goal each in the 25th, 53rd, 78th and 81st minutes, respectively.
Two-time champion Davao settled for third place by beating Negros Occidental, 8-1, in the other match.
National player Sheila Barlovento and Leonor Satore shared scoring honors for Davao with two each.
Other Davao scorers were Keith Canton (13th), Rachelle delos Reyes (23rd), and Mace Vilela (76th).
Rani Teresa Alisan produced Negros Occidentals lone goal in the 84th minute.
NCRs Marbelli Salvador was named the tourneys most valuable player. Other individual awardees were Negros Occidentals Angelica Jochico, best striker with 14 goals; and NCRs Marilou Rubio (best defender) and Ma. Eleanor Dillera, best goalkeeper.
Negros Occidental wrapped up the Chris Monfort Fair Play Award in honor of the late former PFF general secretary for finishing the competition without getting a single warning from the referees.
