"With the world-famous Taal Volcano located in an island within an island and the mountain ranges above, the course offers a panoramic view while golfers go for pars and birdies,"said Val Nepomuceno, executive assistant of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc.
"The course is very challenging and the weather is just as prefect," he added.
Greg "The Shark" Norman designed the course, which is only a 90-minute drive from Manila. Set amid the cool ambiance of Tagaytay City, the course not only affords the challenge of the terrain but also of the beauty of Taal Lake.
Nepomuceno also said Sta. Lucia recently signed a joint venture agreement with the JAKA Group to develop the residential community, including the golf clubhouse, country clubhouse, residential condominiums and condotels.
"The golf and country clubhouses are now in the planning stage. Drawing from its long years of experience in developing golf and residential communities, Sta. Lucia envisions Splendido Taal to be a landmark development in the area," Nepomuceno added.
Sta. Lucia president and executive officer Exequiel Robles has granted the Fil-Estate Marketing Group, headed by Noel "Toti" Cariño, exclusive rights to market Splendido Taal because of its extensive network of highly motivated sales agents.
The Fil-Estate-Sta. Lucia partnership dates back to the eighties and has catapulted the two firms to the top of the countrys real estate industry.
