Ice hockey teams to HK

The Philippines is set to participate in the annual regional ice hockey tournament to be held in Hong Kong beginning tomorrow up to Aprl 29. It will send two teams to represent the country.
The Manila Tigers and Manila Typhoons, two groups of 11-12 years old boys and girls from SM Megamall, are the country’s official entries to the Asian Hockey Association Regional Championship.
Deric Cadiz, Manila Tigers Club president, said they will be competing in the Pee Wee division (11-12 yrs.) against teams from Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, and the United Emirates.
