Langomez is the first woman in recent years to have won a car for a hole-in-one feat.
She made the spectacular shot on the par-3 seventh hole of the Faldo course. The Opel Tigra, worth more than P700,000, is sponsored by Golforce.
The other hole-in-one prizes, a residential lot from Sta. Lucia and two Chevrolet Cassia sedans put up by GG&A Club Development, Inc. and GM AutoWorld Makati, were not won.
Outback Steakhouse, CGU Insurance, Pisanti, Pilipinas Golf and Unirock Corp. are the major backers of the tourney. The other sponsors are Readycon Trading and Construction Corp., Turf Co., Exan Builders, Sta.Lucia Readymix and Construction Corp., RCBC, DC Star Gases, Imus Party Haus, Gerry's Buko Juice, Handyworks Manpower Services Corp., Prime Deli, Inc. and Erisson Enterprises.
Another Opel car, an Astra Wagon, was also raffled off in last night's awards ceremonies.
The Opel car is the grand prize in the raffle where many other items like a Bose audio system, a laptop computer, video camera, digital camera, audio component, color TV, refrigerator, gas range and washing machine were given away.
