Na-trigger ka. Basin it's that time of the month? Or stressed kaayo ka that day? But what's important is naka-realize ka nga sayop ug nagbasol ka. Meaning mas mindful na ka next time something triggers you. None of us are perfect. But we can all proactively help ourselves to do better.
