Zumba and all forms of exercise have so many health benefits. Do a quick seach online and you'll be happy you're doing it. But bisan unsa pa nga exercise imong buhaton, di gyud ka maniwang kung di nimo usbon imong eating habits. Look into what you eat and how often you eat. Ayaw pagsalig sa pasingot ra. Kanang mentality nga "ok ra mukaon ko'g daghan kay ga-Zumba bitaw ko!" Very wrong na. The quantity and quality of food ang pinaka-importante sa healthy and sustainable weight loss.
