Marian, hectic ang naging rampa sa Milan!
May marka na ang mga Pilipino sa mga sikat na fashion event.
Ang lakas ng dating ng mga local fashion influencer nitong katatapos na Milan Fashion Week.
At kasama si Marian Rivera sa talagang tumatak bilang isa sa global ambassadors for Italy’s number one make-up brand, Kiko Milano.
Ang nasabing biyahe nga ni Marian sa Milan ay upang mas lawakan pa ang kanyang role bilang ambassador sa home city ng nasabing brand.
Dahil dun naging hectic pala ang schedule ni Marian upang makilala ang global team, visiting various store locations, shooting campaigns, gracing a few select fashion events, and most importantly getting to know the team and the brand even more.
“Of course excited ako to be in Milan Fashion Week at sa lahat ng activities, lalo na meeting my global KIKO Milano family. Pero sa totoo lang, pinaka-excited ako to represent ‘yung bansa natin. I’m humbled to be here, one of the first international faces of the brand,” sabi ni Marian with her characteristic grace and honesty, finding that her biggest thrill in Milan was representing the Philippines as an ambassador for the global make-up giant and raising our flag high.
Inumpisahan ng local icon ang kanyang Milan work trip sa pamamagitan ng welcome dinner hosted by Kiko Milano and its Global CEO, Simone Dominici. Ang nasabing intimate gathering, ay dinaluhan by no less than the Philippine consulate in Milan, celebrated the partnership between the iconic brand and its first Filipina ambassador – tunay na magandang milestone.
“I think Marian embraces our values in KIKO. Our tagline is ‘Art, Beauty, Joy.’ Marian – she’s a beautiful artist. She embraces the beauty. She’s so beautiful in what she does everyday. And joy because she brings joy, she brings a smile, she brings fun. We started the business in the Philippines three years ago and thanks also to Marian, we are retaining incredible success,” pagbabahagi naman ni Mr. Dominici.
