Inamin na nito na may leukemia ang sister-in-law niyang si Alexa, wife ng brother nilang si Elvis.
Post ni Ruffa kahapon kasabay ng pasasalamat nito sa mga doctor na tumitingin sa kanyang sis-in-law : “ LEUKAEMIA WARRIOR. Alexa is a brave and beautiful soul, a devoted wife to Elvis, and a loving mother to Aria and Ezra, her two young daughters.
