Arjo, hindi kinaya ang ginawa ni Aga

Mapapanood na simula June 1 sa Amazon Prime Video ang Catt­leya Killer na pinagbibidahan ni Arjo Atayde. Malaki ang pasasalamat ng aktor dahil muling nagkaroon ng proyekto kahit na abala bilang isang Congressman ng Quezon City. “It’s very exciting. To be honest, I’ve also been gone for a long time. I’ve been busy doing other things especially congress as well. I’m very thankful to be given this privilege by ABS-CBN, Amazon Prime and of course Nathan Studios and ABS-CBN International. This is a big blessing for all of us,” nakangiting pahayag ni Arjo.

Hango ang naturang proyekto sa pelikulang Sa Aking Mga Kamay na pinagbidahan naman ni Aga Muhlach noong 1995. Para kay Arjo ay hindi talaga niya mahihigitan kung ano man ang ginawa ni Aga sa lumang pelikula. “I don’t really think about the pressure. I’m out here to enjoy and I can’t redo what he did. He’s one brilliant actor. He really pulled it off. To be honest, he’s one of my favorite actors. Napakagaling talaga ni tito Aga. We can only do as much as we can. Again, it’s a sequel. It’s a spin off and hopefully people will enjoy. Definitely nagpaalam kami, may timbre ito kay Aga and he’s happy about it,” pagbabahagi ng binata.

Matatandaang nasungkit ni Arjo ang Best Actor award mula sa Asian Academy Creative Awards noong 2020 para sa Bagman. Hindi umano umaasa ang aktor na muling makakakuha ng acting award para naman sa Catt­leya Killer. “No, honestly, it’s all a cherry on top, a bonus. So, I just do this because I enjoy. Definitely those awards are just really bonuses for me to be honest. It’s a blessing, it’s a privilege. More than that I do what I do,” giit ng aktor.

Christian, nakapundar na ng sariling bahay

Masayang-masaya si Christian Bables dahil matutupad na ang pangarap niyang makapagpatayo ng sariling bahay. Mula nang maging isang artista ay nangupahan na ang aktor sa isang bahay sa Quezon City. “I will soon be building my dream house for my family. I am more elated to make this dream come into fruition,” bungad ni Christian.

Ayon sa aktor ay matagal na niyang ipinagdarasal na makapagpundar ng sariling tahanan para sa pamilyang nakabase sa Cavite. “I’ve been renting my place for eight years already since I moved from our house in Cavite to Quezon City, to fulfill the dream of becoming an actor. And I’ve been praying for the day when I can finally take the first step in fulfilling this dream project for me and for my family. Because for the first time in eight years, magsasama-sama ulit kami ng mom and brothers ko. I guess, now is God’s perfect time,” paglalahad ng aktor.
